User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") defines the general terms and conditions of use of the Website and its services for Users of the Website. Before using the Website and its Services, Users are advised to familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and, in the event of any disagreement, to cease using the Website and its Services.

1. Terms and Definitions

1.2. "Site Administration" refers to the owner of the Website, hereinafter known as the "Administration".

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND RESERVATIONS

3. THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE AGREEMENT:

3.1. The administration provides the user with access to services on the website:

3.4 The user agrees not to use others' personal information in feedback or direct communication on the site, including not to provide others' email addresses for sending mailings/offers by the administration. The user is solely responsible for any consequences resulting from violating this requirement.

3.6. The user is not entitled to reproduce, re-sell, or use the site and the content on it in any way, including by obtaining commercial benefits, without the permission of the administration of the specified site.

3.7. While using the site, its services, and auxiliary resources, such as social networks and other information distribution channels that allow you to post information (reviews, quality assessments, etc.), you are not allowed to copy, use, upload, process, transmit or distribute content that is prohibited by law in the Russian Federation, such as slander, pornographic content, insult (including religious feelings of individuals and/or small-numbered peoples), calls for violence, extreme views, drugs, suicide or other forms of content that could be considered harmful.

3.8. The user has no right to use the site, its services and auxiliary resources to download and distribute malware, mailing lists or other materials for purposes other than those explicitly provided in this agreement. It is solely the user's responsibility to the administration and third parties regarding his/her actions related to using the site. If such actions lead to a violation of the rights or legitimate interests of third parties, the user will be held accountable.

3.9. By accepting the terms and conditions of this agreement, the user agrees to the administration receiving advertising and information messages from it. The user may at any time refuse to receive such messages by sending a message in the format posted on the service to https://soligorskrent.by/.

4. Intellectual property

4.1 The exclusive and personal non-property rights to the site as a whole and its individual elements belong to the administration and are protected according to the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

4.2 Any content posted on the site is subject to the exclusive rights of the administration and/or third parties who have given permission to post via the administration. The use of content, both in full and in part, without written permission from the copyright holders, is not permitted, except in cases relating to the use of the site and its services within the framework of explicitly provided functionality.

4.3 The user's use of the site, its individual elements, including content, is only possible for personal non-commercial use, provided that copyright marks, related rights, trademarks and other copyright notices remain unchanged.

4.4. The actions and/or omissions of the user that have led to a violation of the rights of the administration and other bona fide copyright holders are subject to criminal, civil, and administrative liability, in accordance with current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

5. Responsibility

5.1. The parties are responsible for the non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations under this agreement, in accordance with the current laws of the Republic of Belarus.

5.2. The user uses the site and its services at their own risk. The administration is not liable for any losses incurred by the user as a result of use of the site, including lost profits. The site cannot be held responsible for any failure on the part of the user to achieve the results they expected.

5.3. The administration cannot be held liable for failures in internet, mail, or communication network services that are not due to its fault.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. Any claims in connection with this agreement must be submitted in writing within 3 working days of their occurrence.

6.2. Any disputes arising during the implementation of this agreement must be resolved in accordance with the claim process. The claim must be submitted to the administration's address in writing, along with supporting documents, within 3 working days of the occurrence of the dispute. The claim is reviewed within 10 business days and a response is sent to the user's specified address. In the event that it is not possible to reach a resolution, any disputes that arise are subject to court consideration in accordance with Belarusian law at the administration location.

7. TERM OF AGREEMENT AND PROCEDURE FOR AMENDING IT

7.1. This agreement comes into effect from the date it is published on the website https://soligorskrent.by/ and remains valid indefinitely or until a new version is published, upon which the previous version will be deemed null and void;

7.2. The agreement may be unilaterally amended by the administration outside of court by publishing a new version on the website. The changes become effective for users from the moment they are published on the site. Each time a user uses the site, they agree to comply with the latest version of the agreement.

8. FINAL TERMS

8.1. The agreement applies from the moment a user agrees to its terms when they comply with its provisions.
