When booking an apartment, guests agree to follow the rules of accommodation.

Upon arrival, they hand over copies of their passports for registration and pay the full amount for the accommodation. If any defects or malfunctions are noticed in the apartment, guests should inform the manager immediately. Guests are responsible for keeping the apartments in order and ensuring that they are clean. Cleaning is done prior to their arrival. The apartments are equipped with bed linen, bath towels, toiletries, and other essentials for each guest's stay. It's important to note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items left in the apartment. To ensure the safety of your belongings, please lock the doors and windows when leaving the premises. Our employees do not have the right to enter the apartment in the absence of guests, except in cases of emergencies or additional cleaning. Employees are required to inform guests about their visit in advance. It is prohibited to bring weapons, flammable or explosive devices, substances with strong and unpleasant odors, cooking appliances, or other heating or electrical equipment, or fans into the apartment without permission from the owner. We kindly ask you to be careful with the furniture and appliances in the room and courtyard. Outsiders who are not authorized users are not permitted to stay in the apartment.

If we discover that there are guests who have not been previously authorized, the manager will have the right to deny accommodation to all guests. Any material damage caused during the check-out will be reimbursed by guests in full. The apartment manager has the right to collect a deposit.

Guests are required to pay this deposit on the day of their arrival at the apartment.

This deposit will be refunded if guests rent the room in its original condition.
